2009 Music City Real Estate Challenge
Congratulations to all 3 teams for a job well done and for providing us with 3 outstanding proposals. Select members from our Developing Leaders program competed for prize money and the NAIOP Cup. The event served as a valuable opportunity for our Developing Leaders to round out their skill set by participating in a real and complex development project, while also collaborating with professionals from a variety of disciplines. The final presentations presented a unique opportunity for the participants to showcase their individual skill sets and those of their firms to key members of the Nashville business community.
