Membership Categories
Principal Member - $720 Definition: Any individual employed by a company or organization whose primary business is the development of, ownership of, management of or investment in industrial, office or related commercial real estate.
Principal Affiliate Member - $340 Definition: The second or subsequent person from the principal firm, within the same chapter, may join NAIOP at the reduced membership rate.
Associate Member - $720 Definition: Any individual, company or organization providing services or products to the industrial, office or related commercial real estate industry.
Associate Affiliate Member - $340 Definition: The second or subsequent person from the associate member firm, within the same chapter, may join NAIOP at the reduced membership rate.
Chapter-Based Corporate Membership The first four members - $1,560
Each additional individual - $160
Definition: Minimum of four individuals from the same company, within the same chapter.
Developing Leader Member - $150 Definition: To qualify, you must be an individual 35 years of age or less. Developing Leaders membership is excluded from qualifying a compay for a chapter-based corporate membership. |
